Support Portal

The Support Portal provides direct navigation to our Knowledgebase and Customer Support ticketing center.

 

Knowledgebase

The Knowledgebase is our growing repository of support material, including FAQs, configuration recommendations, and additional resources directly from our Support team. With the inclusion of the Zendesk SSO enablement, users no longer need to maintain secondary username and password to access the Support Portal.

We look forward to more direct engagement and involvement from our customers to help guide and fine tune the creation of our knowledgebase articles.

 

Customer Support and Requests

To create or submit a Customer Support ticket, simply click the Submit a Request link at the top of the screen, complete the necessary fields, and submit your request.
