Live Chat Support
The UltraDNS Managed Services Portal offers a live chat support option, allowing our users to interact with our chat service and get real-time answers from our extensive knowledgebase of User Guide content, FAQs, and more.
On the UltraDNS Managed Services Portal, the chat icon is displayed in the bottom right-hand corner. Once you open the chat you can begin asking your questions, or immediately click the option to speak to an agent.
Additionally, Monday through Friday, between 8am - 8pm est, users can request to interact directly with an UltraDNS Support Team agent via the Live Chat service. After connecting with a Support agent, a support ticket is opened to track your questions and is only closed once all your concerns have been answered. Once the ticket is closed, you're emailed a transcript of your conversation for you refer back to if you have additional questions or encounter the same issue again.
